Lầu Năm Góc hay Ngũ Giác Đài (ít dùng) là trụ sở Bộ Quốc phòng Hoa Kỳ. Địa chỉ: 48 N. Rotary Road, Arlington, Virginia 22211 (Map). Địa chỉ gửi thư: "Washington, DC 20301." Lầu Năm Góc là biểu tượng của Quân đội Hoa Kỳ và khi nói đến Bộ Quốc Phòng Mỹ, người ta chỉ cần gọi tắt là Lầu Năm Góc. Tòa nhà này được khánh thành ngày 15/1/1943, đây là phức hợp văn phòng có công suất sử dụng cao nhất thế giới và cũng là tòa nhà văn phòng rộng nhất thế giới về tiêu chí diện tích sàn. Tòa nhà có 23.000 người (quân nhân và dân sự) và 3000 người giúp việc. Tòa nhà có 5 cạnh, 5 tầng (cộng thêm 2 tầng hầm) và 5 hành lang hình nhẫn với tổng chiều dài 28 km hành lang. Sự kiện khủng bố ngày 11/9, tòa nhà đã bị một chiếc máy bay dân sự đâm vào một góc.
