The official Canadian portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II was taken during the 2002 Jubilee Visit and unveiled on June 2, 2003, in honour of the 50th anniversary of her coronation.

The image can be ordered by calling the Government of Canada at 1-800-O-Canada (1-800-622-6232), and from the State Ceremonial and Canadian Symbols Program at the Department of Canadian Heritage at (819) 953-4735.
