Mariano Herencia Zevallos

Mariano Herencia Zevallos (Lima, Peru, 1820 - 1884) was a Peruvian soldier and politician.
Zevallos was colonel of the Peruvian Army. He briefly assumed the Presidency of Peru in 1872 after the murder of President José Balta and was later succeeded by Manuel Pardo.
Zevallos was assassinated during the government of Manuel Pardo in 1884.
