ニューヨーク州立大学（ニューヨークしゅうりつだいがく、State University of New York; SUNY）は、アメリカ合衆国ニューヨーク州の州立大学システムである。

創立は1948年。ニューヨーク州全域で、64キャンパス、6000を超える学科を有する全米で有数の巨大大学群である。
総合大学としてニューヨーク州立大学オールバニ校などを持つが、キャンパスの多くはコミュニティ・カレッジ（２年制）で、ニューヨーク州の各郡に設置されている小規模のものが多い。地元の高校を卒業する学生の大半が、まずコミュニティ・カレッジに入学し、そこから４年制大学へトランスファしていくというシステムが州内で確立されている。
ニューヨーク市立大学システム、或いは私立のニューヨーク大学としばしば混同されるが関係はない。
