You Know What It Is Vol. 3 is a mixtape by rapper The Game. It is famous for its 15 minute diss track titled "300 Bars & Runnin'" against G-Unit members, 50 Cent, Tony Yayo, Young Buck, Lloyd Banks, Olivia and Roc-A-Fella artist Memphis Bleek. It also features other disses by The Black Wall Street Members. It is the first of three diss mixtapes by The Game.
