Rebecca Ryan

Rebecca Ryan (born April 27, 1991 in Manchester) is an English actress. She has appeared in various television series, including State of Play, in which she played opposite her brother Charlie Ryan, and Holby City. She is best known as Debbie Gallagher in the Channel 4 series Shameless, who she has played since 2004. In February 2006 she appeared in Emmerdale playing Bob Hope's daughter, Carly.
