The Motorola V180 is a GSM cell phone that features a clamshell design using an internal and external screen. As of 2005, Cingular no longer sells the phone to subscribers.

Numerous users have complained about various parts of the V180 malfunctioning after ownership of the phone for an extended amount of time. For example, several complaints regard damage of the external LCD screen and with visible discharge of the liquid crystal inside. [1]
