Ljubinje (Cyrillic: Љубиње) is a town and municipality in Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is situated in the Herzegovina region.

According to the 1910 census, the absolute majority in the Ljubinje municipality were Orthodox Christians (58.40%).
According to the 1991 census, the population of the Ljubinje municipality was 4,162, including:
- 3,743 Serbs (See: Serbs of Bosnia and Herzegovina)
- 327 Muslims by nationality
- 44 Croats
- 19 Yugoslavs
- 29 others
