Kevin J. O'Toole

Kevin J. O'Toole (born October 5, 1964) is an American Republican Party politician, who serves in the New Jersey General Assembly since 2003, where he represents the 40th legislative district since 2002 (and also from 1996-2001). He has been the Deputy Republican Leader since 2004 and was the Assistant Majority Leader from 1998-2001. He served in the New Jersey Senate in 2001.
O'Toole serves in Assembly on the Budget and Transportation committees. He served on the Cedar Grove Township Council from 1989-1996, and as its Mayor from 1990-1991, 1993-1994 and from 1995-1996. O'Toole served as chairman of the Essex County Republican Committee from 1997-2001. He was a law clerk in the office of New Jersey's Attorney General. O'Toole serves on the Ramapo College Board of Governors.
Assemblyman O'Toole graduated with a B.A. from Seton Hall University in Political Science Public Administration and received a J.D. from the Seton Hall University School of Law. By profession, O'Toole is an attorney with the firm of Picillo Caruso O'Toole.
