KBSV (TV 23 Assyria Vision) is an Assyrian television station that serves the Modesto, Stockton, and Sacramento, California areas.
It was the first Assyrian television station in the world, and began broadcasting on April 14, 1996. It began webcasting 24 hours a day in 1997. It operates at the Bet-Nahrain Assyrian Cultural Center in Ceres, California, who also operates KBES radio (89.5 FM). The channel is run by the Bet-Nahrain Democratic Party.
