Wikipedia gets hundreds of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

While I appreciate the pictures you added, pictures should accentuate the article, making it better. It shouldn't turn the article into a gallery of related pictures however.--Toffile 17:35, 12 June 2006 (UTC)
- The problem is this. Wikipedia is an attempt to write an encyclopedia. While some of the pictures you uploaded are nice, there are a few problems with them. As you can tell, OrphanBot doesn't quite like the fact that they're unsourced. The other problem is that the article should not try to improve the school's picture. The article is supposed to have a neutral POV, and not be an promotional brochure put out by the university.
- My suggestion is that you should fix the copyright problems first, and then attempt to tweak the pictures.--Toffile 15:47, 13 June 2006 (UTC)
