Glasgow Green railway station

Glasgow Green was a railway station in the east end of Glasgow.
This station was opened on 1 November 1895.
It was closed on 1 January 1917, being re-opened on 1 June 1919.
It was closed once again 2 November 1953.
The frontage of the station still exists at street level. The location of the platforms can be seen from Argyle Line trains in an open-air section between tunnels.
