Dominic Wood

Dominic Simon Wood (born January 3, 1978 in Devon, England) is best known as a children's entertainer he has enjoyed great success on television.
Dominic Wood was the youngest member of The Magic Circle until his expulsion following a book revealing the secrets behind some of his tricks.[citation needed]
His magical achievements include:
- a straitjacket escape on Houdini's birthday 1999

He first appeared on television in 1996 on CBBC's Friday Zone and then presented the CBBC Broom Cupboard until 1998. In 1999, he became the first children's presenter ever to have two series running simultaneously on both BBC and ITV.
Along with Richard McCourt he presented Dick and Dom in da Bungalow which won two BAFTAs in 2004 for Best Presenters and Best Children's Entertainment.
Dominic also has the world record for number of pants put on in one minute set in 2004 on in da Bungalow.
Dominic currently co-presents, with Jon Tickle, the UK pop-science show Brainiac's Test Tube Baby, a spin off of Brainiac: Science Abuse which airs on Thursdays at 8pm on Sky One.
