Dean Menta
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Dean Menta served as the guitarist for the rock band Faith No More from 1995 to 1997. Menta had been a keyboard tech for the band and was recruited to handle guitar duties after Trey Spruance declined to tour for the album King for a Day... Fool for a Lifetime. He appears in their videos for "Digging The Grave," "Ricochet" and "Evidence." Concurrently, Menta was a member of the band Duh! Menta reportedly left Faith No More as he had difficulties writing material with the band. He was replaced by Jon Hudson.
Since leaving Faith No More, Menta has been performing and recording with legendary pop group Sparks; he has played on "Plagiarism" (1997) "Lil Beethoven" (2002) and "Hello Young Lovers" (2006). Additionally, he has also done music for several video games.[1]
