Just wait for the unblock request to be reviewed. It is not that kids cannot be on Wikipedia, it is just that there are laws set forth by the United States government concerning registration for services on the internet that you fall under, and your actions that you have been warned as well as your supposed collusion with S-man on that secret vandalism project (or whatever it is) led to this block. I can't say that I'm really sure what this person did to get banned (Sockpuppeting, I think? Vandalism? I'm not really sure .. ), but I would like to note that the intent to vandalise is just as bad as vandalism. Saying that you shouldn't be banned for intending to vandalise, is like saying that I shouldn't be arrested for -intending- to assassinate the president, but being caught before I could do it. It's actually gone past the page it was being discussed at because of your age. The Wikipedia lawyers need to check on what an appropriate course of action is.
