Cho U Oza Gosei （Traditional Chinese: 張栩, Simplified Chinese: 张栩, pinyin: Zhāng Xù; born on January 20, 1980）is a professional Go player.

Cho U was born in Taipei, Taiwan. He moved to Japan in 1990 to further pursue his Go dream. He is currently one of the strongest players in the world, and the best player (holding 3 of the 7 most important titles) in Japan. He is currently Oza and Gosei. He is married to Kobayashi Izumi and is the father of one daugther.
