Robbot is a bot, using the pywikipediabot framework. It is operated by Andre Engels, who is one of the main programmers of the framework. It is usually run interactively, not autonomously, so that in cases where it doubts (finding multiple candidates for a language or having to remove something), it asks the operator what to do rather than skipping those. Most usually, it is run from nl:, but other languages occur as well.
