The national Flag of the Dominican Republic has a centered white cross that extends to the edges. it divides the flag blue (hoist side) and red, and the bottom ones are red (hoist side) and blue; a small coat of arms is at the center of the center of the cross. this emblem is similar to the flag design and shows a bible, a cross of gold, 4 Dominican flag. There are branches of olive and palm around the shield and above on the ribbon is the motto "Dios, Patria, Libertad"and to aimble freedom. The blue is said to stand for liberty, red for the fire and blood of the independence struggle and the white cross is another ribbon bearing the name of the country "Republica Dominicana"

bandeira nacional da República Dominicana tem uma cruz branca centrada que estenda às bordas. divide a bandeira azul, e vermelha, e inferiores são vermelhos e azul; um revestimento de braços pequeno está no centro do centro da cruz. este emblema é similar ao projeto da bandeira e mostra um bible, uma cruz do ouro, bandeira de 4 Dominicana. Há uns braches da azeitona e a palma em torno do protetor e acima na fita é o motto “Dios, Patria, Libertad”. O azul é dito estar para a liberdade, vermelho para o fogo e o sangue do esforço da independência e da cruz branca é uma outra fita que carrega o nome do país “Republica Dominicana”
