On Parole është albumi debutues i grupit heavy metal Motörhead. Disku doli në treg në dhjetor të 1979 në United Artists. Ai ka qenë i regjistruar në vitin 1975. Albumi përmban këngë të publikuara edhe te albumi i parë zyrtar i grupit (Motörhead).
Edhe pse është një album jozyrtar, albumi ka dalur me shumë kopertina të ndryshme.
