Ares is the god of war in Greek mythology. He is the son of Zeus and Hera, and one of the Twelve Olympians. He was disliked by both parents. He is considered murderous and bloodstained. His bird is the vulture. His animal is the dog. In the Trojan war, he fought on the side of troy. He was caught having sex with the goddess of love,aphrodite, and fled to his homeland of Thrace.
