Hi, I saw your post at Wikipedia:Simple talk and I'm not sure what you are looking for? Did you want to know where they are English translations of articles from other languages? If so, that is actually we are trying to do right here. You can help us with that. Are you looking for the foreign language version of an article you found here or at the English wikipedia? Well, if there is one (like here, the only articles that exist are ones that are created), there is sometime what we call an interwiki link (since this is a link between wikis) on the left side of your screen. If the article is in another language (and someone has created an interwiki link to it) you can find it.
