The user he blocked for sockpuppetry (User:Vizitator din wikipedia engleza) of Bonaparte complained to PaginaZero on Meta that he was in fact not a sockpuppet, and that he had done nothing to deserve a blocking. Ironically, less than 24 hours after the removal of Epure's admin privelages and subsequent unblocking of Vizitator, Vizitator became a user page vandal (moved several userpages or made them into redirects). I already complained about it to PaginaZero, but nothing...

The local request for adminship page was actually

[1] before Bonaparte and his friend vandalized everything. Its location was originally Wikipedia:Кандидаць but it could only be moved there now by an admin since Bonaparte did something.

Also, most of the voters are newly registered users within the last 1-2 days or have 0 contributions to the article namespace: User:Michał P. and User:Dpotop and User:Mapiyc. In fact, User:Mapiyc is a vandal it seems.

(Thanks Vania tractoristu for the translation.) You know, I guess it is not neccessary to be a native speaker of the language. Beeing a bureaucrat (btw, I don't like that you both requested bureaucratship, adminship would be completely enough - for both.) does not mean that you are the user who contributes most in the article namespace but it means that you can help other users and do technical stuff. (1) @Епуре: Смирнов is not banned from this Wiki. (2) @Theios tou Euthymiou: You're right, CheckUser was requested and no proof was found. That does not mean that the users are not sockpuppets. It only means that they did not use the same IP. A checkusage is the only proof for sockpuppetry and so there is not a proof for it. It is no problem if users demure because they suspect a user to be a sockpuppet of someone else, it is a problem then when these users spam every page with that and try to make it appear to be a fact. I want to ask you all to abstain from doing that.
