Olve Utne (b. 1965), Cand.philol. (graduate degree) in Musicology with main weight on ethnomusicology from the University of Oslo, Norway; undergrad. degree (Cand.mag.) also includes Linguistics (equiv. 37.5 US credits), Lexicography and Nordic languages. Bureaucrat on Nynorsk Wikipedia, where we passed the magical 10,000 articles limit on 7 August, 2005 after a year and a week in existence. :-)
