Elba de Padua Lima, best known as Tim (born in Rifaina, February 20, 1915 – died in Rio de Janeiro, July 7, 1984) was a Brazilian footballer and coach manager.
In career (1931–1951) was played for Botafogo-SP, Portuguesa Santista, Fluminense, Olaria, and closed in Colombia with Atlético Junior Barranquilla. He won five Rio de Janeiro State Tournament (1936, 1937, 1938, 1940, 1941). For Brazilian team he participated in the 1938 FIFA World Cup, played one game against Czechoslovakia, and scored one goal in South American Championship 1942.
Two years before passed away at 69 years old, he was the manager of Peru at 1982 FIFA World Cup.
