As you could see today (27.Nov.2006) by the 9 months old nonsense in article Walter Scheel, the former Bundespräsident of germany, published by IP 62.153.71.162, the quality of WP depends on the quality of error finding people. But instead of error finding the most german admins are occupied by searching so called vandals. People (Pupils?) like Alexander.Z. are blocking people with wrong accusations.
