Zoe Wicomb

Zoe Wicomb (born 1948 in Namaqualand, South Africa) is an author. Her first breakthrough work You Can't Get Lost in Cape Town (1987) was a novel that took place during the apartheid era. Her second novel, David's Story (2002), takes place in 1991 South Africa. She currently resides in Glasgow where she teaches at the University of Strathclyde.
