Vitold Fokin

Vitold Fokin was appointed first deputy prime minister of Ukraine in November 1991. He resigned on October 8, 1992 at his own request. Until May 1994, he was vice speaker of the Supreme Rada. He currently serves as chairman of the supervisory board of AOZT Devon.
Fokin Vitold Pavlovych was born on October 25, 1932, in the village of Novomykolaivka, Novo-Mykolaivka district, Zaporizhia region into a teacher’s family.
