Vince Snowbarger

Vincent K. Snowbarger (born September 16, 1949) was a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives from Kansas.
Snowbarger was born in Kankakee, Illinois. He graduated from Southern Nazarene University in 1971, the University of Illinois in 1974 with an M.A. and received a law degree from the University of Kansas in 1977. From 1985 until 1996 he served in the Kansas House of Representatives. He was elected to Congress in 1996 served from January 3, 1997 until January 3, 1999. He unsuccesfully ran for re-election against Dennis Moore in 1998. He is presently the Interim Director of the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation.
