Vera Schmidt

Vera Schmidt (born 4 May 1982, Miskolc, Hungary) is a singer-songwriter who rose to popularity after placing fifth in the Hungarian version of Pop Idol Megasztár. She is a student in Eötvös Loránd University, Budapest.

Vera Schmidt had learn play on guitar by her father. After that she and her sister often had performance on school programs. After graduating Ferenc Földes Secondary School. She later formed her first rock band. They often played in Miskolc and other cities around Miskolc.
