Semnan University is a university in the city of Semnan in Semnan Province in Iran.
The university was established as "Semnan College of Technology" (مدرسه عالی تكنولوژی) in 1974, and was elevated to university status in 1993.
The university currently operates 5 colleges and one institute, offering 42 degrees to students in bachelors, masters, and PhD levels.
