Ultraviolet/Ballad of Paul K is the final single released by McFly off their Wonderland album. It is a double A-side single. It was released on December 12th, 2005. The single was released in three formats, a two track CD and maxi-CD and a DVD single. It charted at number 9 in the official UK singles chart making it McFly's lowest chart position yet and their only song to miss the top five. However, the single was released in one of the most competitive weeks for the singles chart.

The video for the Ballad of Paul K uses a blend of live action and animation . The video is often considered to be in the style of Tim Burton movies especially The Nightmare Before Christmas and Corpse Bride [citation needed].
