Travis Lamar Fisher (born September 12, 1979 in Tallahassee, Florida) is an National Football League defensive back for the St. Louis Rams. He played college football at the University of Central Florida, and was selected in the second round of the 2002 NFL Draft by the Rams.

Fisher attended Godby High School in Tallahassee, Florida and won varsity letters in football and track. In track, he won state championships on the 100 meter dash, the 200 meter dash, and was a member of the 4x100 meter relay, which placed first at the state championship.
