The image was reproduced from http://www.comeandseeicons.com, permission was received from the owner of that site, C. Joseph Coulter on Thursday, September 11, 2003 12:24 PM, his email: joseph @ comeandseeicons.com. The parties ask that any use of the image give credit to the artist and a url to the site.
