The Farming Game

The Farming Game is an economic simulation of running a farm. It is a board game which has educational value.
The game has cards which give you an option to buy. You can buy hay, fruit, grain and livestock. Once you own them when you land on them you roll the dice for how much money you get. You then get a promissary note and owe the bank whatever the dice says. If you get more money on the roll than you make a profit. If not then its a loss.
Some things such as hay if you don't own enough is always a loss until you buy more. If you have equipment sometimes its a benefit sometimes a cost.
Some places on the board are required to draw cards like monopoly that are either good or bad. Lne card allows you to go to winter and collect your 5000 bonus after you get there. However to much irritation to players you lose the rest of the years crop value.
An accounting error makes you roll without collecting as well. Much like farming in real life that is what the game talks about.
