Raj gets an Indian cheese wheel from the Kafizzel River in the mail. Lumpus, being a cheese fanatic, tries to steal it, but fails the first couple of times. He finally gets it and swallows a piece. Raj tells him that the cheese is poisonous and he will disintegrate in exactly 13 minutes. Lumpus then uses the opportunity to do things without facing consequences: eating Norwegian Bloatfish (he's allergic to them), insults Commander Hoo-Haw on the phone, uses his life savings to buy a lot of ice cream, steals Hoo-Haw's car, almost hits a police car, taunts the policeman, and crashes into the car in the 2nd attempt. As donation people take his stuff, Lumpus prepares to disintegrate. After time's up, however, he's still alive. Raj then discovers the Kafizzel River cheese was made in China. Lumpus is taken to an asylum, and Lazlo, Raj, Clam, and Hoo-Haw go off to have fondue.

This episode is a reference to the SpongeBob SquarePants episode Dying for Pie in which the Bean Scouts think Lumpus will disintergrate just like Squidward thinks SpongeBob will explode.
Lumpus lied that Larry was his nickname, since he stole a hat saying Larry from a camper. Ever since, Clam has called him Larry.
