The Astro-Zombies is a 1969 horror movie by Ted V. Mikels, starring John Carradine, Wendell Corey and Tura Satana, best known from Faster, Pussycat! Kill! Kill!. The low budget film has been much ridiculed but has gained some cult status, serving as the inspiration for the Misfits song of the same name. A sequel was released in 2002, Mark of the Astro-Zombies, also starring Tura Satana. It is also the name of a punkabilly band inspired by it.
