State Highway 178 or SH 178 is a state highway that connects New Mexico State Road 136 to Interstate 10 on the north side of El Paso. It is a feeder route to the Port of Santa Theresa.
[edit] Previous routes
SH 178 was previously designated by 1933 as a connector route between the cities of Hartley and Dumas in the Texas Panhandle. By 1939, it had been redesignated as US 385, which became US 87 in the early 1940s.
