Taiwan TG Butterfly Garden

Taiwan TG Butterfly Garden is the first formal transgender support group in Taiwan. It was established in Jhongli City in 2000. The group currently has about 40 members. Many are transsexual; others identify as crossdressers, and others might be described as questioning or transgressive. The group includes former members of an earlier informal group .
The organization served as flag guards on 2005 Taiwan Pride, and demanded for amendments of Gender Equality in Employment Law, along with Awakening Foundation, Gender/Sexuality Rights Association Taiwan and Taiwan Tongzhi Hotline Association.
