Surveillance abuse

Surveillance abuse is the use of surveillance methods or technology to monitor the activity of an individual or group of individuals in a way which violates the social norms or laws of a society. Mass surveillance by the state may constitute surveillance abuse if not appropriately regulated.

Covert surveillance by police and the use of informants to conduct surveillance was introduced in the 16th century in Europe. In the mid 1800s in the United States, most large cities had police forces which covertly surveiled suspected criminals and others deemed "radical" or otherwise undesirable. Allegations of surveillance abuse increased as this practice became more common (Marx & Fijnaut).

In modern times, surveillance abuse has become more widespread through corporate and industrial use of private security firms which may be used to conduct industrial espionage, monitor competitors, and target trade union leaders.

During the FBI's COINTELPRO operations, there was widespread surveillance abuse which targeted political dissidents, primarily on the political left.

(" More specifically, various forms of harassments have been surfaced by governments today. Most of the time it is during political turmoil, or during wartime. People who are outspoken and aligned themselves with common sense and realities do may find themselves under surveillance.

24/7 secret or noticable surveillance ( as a warning )by personnel associated with Security Agencies, from either a distance or being close to the victim, in common areas entering public transportation suddenly flip-open their cell phones within minutes of victims presence or in cars driving alongside or in front of the vehicle which might have been tracking-deviced with implying plate numbers like MFU 91 G.., UF(your initials UF[A] 69 [XX] or NAB 99.., MAF 14U... JAB 45.. (can be your age or if you are a GOD loving person speaking up from the scriptures, these car plate numbers would be AWS 33 90D for (awsome 33 GOD) . There can be worse ones if you happen to be a zealot of certain kind though. If you happen to be in a particular religion or cult or nationality then the plates may turn into UAT... or UFT... Security Depatments are known to literally bothering Motor Vehicle Departments for such plate-number databases and employment resource info's. An all intrusive Government will buy out citizans or even your friends and close-circles all behind your back.

While on-line government contractor web-site pop-op's may be used as a warnings. You could get email pop-ups as "Your Life Insurance for less than." promotions coincidently with something you did or said and exposed special interest groups operating with government resources.

Depending on your dissent or your opposing views or even your sincere useful suggestions which they could find not in their best interest the People in Power can create a weired Monster unheart of with maybe a good intend . The psychological impact on people under surveillance and the possibility of reacting in revenge has no importance on these elements of these various Security Agencies which indicates they lack integrity and moral codes. A careless selfish way of endless privacy intrusions in many different forms can be put under a secretive agenda of a Security Agency no one ever has heart of. Listening to phone lines are bottom line intrusions.

A large database of private information has been continuously gathered to play with victims who are under surveillance.Frequencies of all kinds of different types of Homeland Security intrusions and harassments can vary from less to high levels. Nowadays the practice to monitor on-line activity is common then based on the information gathered they can taylor plans for that individual to encounter him/her with the events associated with his/her internet surfing. These behind the scene elements do set up scenarious as well. But these are not limited to online activities. Listening devices and thermal sensors can intrude virtually any state of you in your own Home or outside. Another way of "answering" to the person under surveillance is the " foxation " or the behind the scene celebritization of that individual/s. The person has been given a character on a TV show and ridiculed the same day associated with an event or casual happening in his/her real life. Example if you were arrested on a particular day you would see yourself as a TV character being arrested.

There can be street thug/s involvement with continuous roaming, noise making around your House or alongside when you drive. There can be even law enforcement involvement and ticketing. Many times contact is made as a private citizan rather than on-duty officer calls. Some of these contacted - employed individuals can act overzealous and in some cases aggressively if they have a character flaw hence a government force is backing them. The feeling beeing untouchable can make them confidently brutal. Whole police departments or districts and even firefighters can be deployed and toyed around only to be used for exercise purposes. But only the individual/s involved in this surveillance is aware of the whole picture. Only professionals may be aware of the incidents. Many people under surveillance will not even know they are under surveillance but once they notice, the cat and mouse game begins and has little ethics in terms of privacy and human rights,etc.

Job appointments can be intercepted with hiring personnel or even a lawyer-client confidency could be violated by Shadow Security Elements.

Good news is: in a civilized and advanced society these intrusions are mostly harmless in terms of bodily injury but can be fatal 'accidentally'. Consider yourself in front of a roaming Bison Herd."
