South Atlantic Intercollegiate Sailing Association

The South Atlantic Intercollegiate Sailing Association (SAISA) is a district in the Intercollegiate Sailing Association. SAISA encompasses a geographic area that includes Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida. SAISA has 24 members, which include both public and private universities. Several schools feature nationally ranked varsity sailing teams, such as the College of Charleston, while others, such as Vanderbilt University field club teams like the Vanderbilt Sailing Club.
SAISA holds numerous coed, women's and team racing regattas each weekend of the fall and spring sailing season.
