Smart Communications, Inc., commonly known as SMART, is mobile phone company operating in the Philippines. It is also the sister company of PLDT (Philippine Long Distance Telephone), a landline and mobile telephone company in the Philippines. SMART is the Largest Mobile service provider in the Philippines, with a subscriber base of 21 million subscribers as of 2006.[citation needed]
Smart Communications also complements the more lower- to middle-class Talk N' Text service.
While Smart offers all basic mobile products, it offers a diverse set of programs and promos. These are listed below:

Smart offers different levels of service, dependent on both the population and the financial capability of the subscriber. A list is provided below.

Smart BRO (Smart Broadband) will offer you a broadband speed of 384kbps and at a narrowband price of P999. It uses the equipment, Motorola Canopy. It's also the best alternative if the area hasn't been conquered by a wired broadband service. Starting August 1, 2006 PLDT-myDSL W will now be enrolled through this service.
As Smart BRO only opens 4 ports to subscribers, it is of limited value to those users who are active p2p users.

Smart Communications Shares the same prefixes of Talk N' Text 910, 912, 918, 919, 920, 921 and 928. while some numbers are only to Smart subscribers. and 918 is mostly used by smart postpaid subscribers.
