I vote to remove the cleanup tag off the article. The bullets are way a different way of formatting the document (compared to most of what's in here), but I think they are easily understood and effective. I'll let you decide, D-Day, since you added the tag. If you agree, then please remove the tag and take off the project clean-up list.
