Donald ("Sandy") Goss (born October 2, 1968 in Amherst, Nova Scotia) is a former international freestyle and backstroke swimmer from Canada, who competed in two Summer Olympics for his native country: in 1984 in Los Angeles, California and four years later, in Seoul, South Korea. On both occasions he won the silver medal with the Men's 4x100 Medley Relay Team. His best Olympic individual performance was the fifth place in the 200 metres Freestyle in 1984.
