São Roque (Portuguese meaning Saint Roch) is a city in the state of São Paulo in Brazil. The population in 2003 was 71,594 and its density was 499.33/km². The city is at an altitude of 771 m, and the area is 308.35 km². São Roque is linked with the superhighway, the Rodovia Raposo Tavares and is located 60 km from the state capital.
One of the neighboring municipalities are Cotia, Vargem Grande Paulista, Ibiúna and Mairinque.

São Roque has protected greenspaces and maintains a greenish ecological paradise, it also has a good climate and wonderful countrysides. The Serra do Mar mountains covers the southeast. It has an excellent infrastructure, especially on wine production. In the 19th century, immigrants from Italy and Portugal arrived in São Roque to work in vineyards. Situated near the urban zone. Tourism is also the main industry in . It also has the largest mountain park in Latin America, the Ski Mountain Park.
