I've created 3 articles: Arnulfo Trejo (thanks to the encouragment of Rory Litwin), Aida Cartagena Portalatín, and Pura Belpré.
I would like to do articles on or see articles about Elizabeth Martínez (librarian), Nicolás Kanellos and Ernestine Rose (librarian). I'll probably think of others that are not on wikipedia yet.
I've enjoyed working on wikipedia so far and I feel like I can easilly become addicted to it. I don't spend a lot of time on wikipedia, but where I work I think students use it too much. Yet I'm really impressed with what I can learn here and with the whole wikipedia culture and dedication of some of the long-time contributors. Like today (8/30/06), I ran across these impressive user pages: User:Phaedriel and User:CatherineMunro.
