Ringo Starr and His third All-Starr Band-Volume 1 was a promotional live album by Ringo Starr, and his superstars-band. The album was released as promotion by Blockbuster videos to only $5.99. The All-starr included the return of the keyboardist Billy Preston and his son Zak.
