was born in Kenya, East Africa. Educated in Kenya, the UK and Holland. I have worked at London Zoo Pathological Laboratory and the Medical Faculty of Erasmus University, where I was a Zoological Analyst involved in fundamental biomedical research using Electron Microscopy. I have authored and co-authored scientific and cynological articles in International, European & North American journals. I am co-author and editor of the Dutch book on hunting with hounds: "Arrianus, de lange jacht en lure coursing"[1] I live in Ontario, Canada where my wife Barbara Heidenreich and I breed "Fernhill" Scottish Deerhounds. bh@fernhill.com http://www.fernhill.com/
