Richard Heffer

Richard Heffer (born July 28, 1946) is a British actor, best known for his roles on television.
He has played leading and supporting roles in a variety of series, including: Department S, Jason King, Father Brown, Public Eye, Survivors, Dixon of Dock Green, Enemy at the Door, The Mad Death, Boon, Howards' Way, Wycliffe, Trial & Retribution, Heartbeat and Rosemary & Thyme.
His greatest successes were as a British officer in the 1970s television series, Colditz, and as Dr Charles Cartwright in the early series of the sitcom, Don't Wait Up.
