- Redbone Coonhound is a swift, dark-red or tan coonhound (a dog bred to chase raccoons).
- Redbone (ethnicity) is a vaguely-defined ethnic group whose members belong to two or more of various ethnic groups, and is found primarily in the Louisiana area of the United States. Also commonly used to describe light-skinned African-Americans.
- Redbone (band) was a 1970s pop-music group featuring lead singers Pat and Lolly Vegas.
- Leon Redbone is an American jazz/blues/pop musician.
