Ratboy is a film released in 1986 and directed by Sondra Locke. Though the film was both a critical and commercial failure, it has maintained somewhat of a cult status throughout the years. Most disliked the film because its main character's blandness (as well as its cliched plot), but it is an interesting film with impressive make-up and an unpretentious direction.
Plot: A former window dresser named Nikki (Sondra Locke) overhears of a mysterious Ratboy named Eugene. After finding and befriending him, Nikki makes several attempts at exploiting his uniqueness to the public. At the same time, Eugene wishes to be left alone of public attention.
